My conundrum of the week... Do I sleep naked under a few blankets or keep the socks on? Who else prefers to sleep in the buff?
Oh, speaking of blankets, I recently purchased a weighted blanket! It is bliss! Taking a power nap was never efficient until I got one! Even a 20min nap can be refreshing and I fall asleep quicker now, it helps make 3rd shift bearable! If you have sleeping issues I recommend one! 10 outta 10!
