It'll probably take today and tomorrow for me to do this, but just a quick note to say hi and bye for awhile. Due to stuff going on at work, after tomorrow I'll be off Lit less and I'm guessing that may last for around 30-45 days. Every now and then I may try to get on Dawn's thread to say hi but I'm not sure that's going to work out all that much.

Dawn and I still have some stories that are done and need proofread so we'll probably from to time put those on but that's about it for the time being. I'm thinking this is the last year I'm going to write stories and I have around 30-40 that are kind of done and I would really like to get those finished. Dawn is going to try to get on every now and then but unfortunately her time is pretty limited right now with her new job and not being able to use a computer at work for personal stuff.

So, I'll be unsubscribing to the more than 300 threads I'm subscribed too and on the ones I visit or lurk on most, I just wanted to say a quick bye for now and catch you later.

Our sincere thanks to everyone that voted for our stuff in the Annual Lit Awards for this year!

I've enjoyed the thread and I'll be back to enjoy it again! Lee

Hey everyone!

I'd like to thank everyone for keeping my thread going while I have been away. I am still not 100% but doing better all the time. I have been busy with Steve's daughter's pc. Seems they had no firewall, no anti-virus program and they were running cable. Yep, you guessed it. It is loaded down with spyware and viruses. It is so bad that nothing will run. I cannot get the software added to get rid of all the stuff. We have ordered a recovery set from HP. I will have to do a complete format. Oh joy

Anyway, I also made plans for a much needed vacation. I didn't decide to go tropical, didn't decide on mountains...I decided to do all of the above! LOL
I decided to go to Disney World! LOL Yep, that is right, I said Disney World. We will be staying inside Disney at the Swan Hotel. We will be leaving next week. My older brother will be picking Phil up and taking him to Philly for the week. The trip to Disney will just be Steve and I. Should be alot of fun.

I also purchased new furniture for my livingroom. I am hoping to have it delivered after I get back from Florida.

I have been very busy lately, which is why I have not been here very much. After I get back, I hope to be back on Lit more often. I hope to have plenty of pics to share when I get back, as well. Steve and I will finally have some privacy for intimate photos and we will have many pictures from Disney to share too!

Thanks D....Steve has never been and I was there back in the early 80's. It is so much bigger now and has so much more to offer. I could not decided where to go for a vacation so I picked a place that has everything! LOL

I already have all the tickets, airfare, park (I got the hopper tickets), Universal, transportation from the airport, hotel, etc. paid for. All we have to do is to get there...

sounds like you got it planned out Good... I went a few years back..2 maybe 3. IT was great. I chaperoned a high school trip... Imagine people ACTUALLY letting their children go with ME as the gardian and rule maker

LOL...well you must have them all fooled bigtime!

Yes, I went online and took care of just about everything so that it will all be there when we get to the hotel. I could have gone cheaper by staying outside of the park but between having to pay for a car rental, parking, etc., the price would have been just as much anyway. Besides, one of the perks of staying inside Disney is preferred seating at dinners and shows, do not have to wait in line for rides, and they let people staying inside in the park 1 hour earlier than the others and they keep everything open for us for up to 3 hours after it is closed to the public. There are alot of other perks as well. All in all, the money to stay inside the park is well worth it.

There are more perks than not staying inside the park I agree. You have a ball babe... I am Jealous...

Thanks Hun...I am excited. I have been talking about getting away for a while now. I just could not decide where to go or what I wanted to do. In the beginning, Steve said he could not get time but then was told he could. As soon as he informed me when he could take the time, I started looking for places to go. I looked at several locations but then decided on Disney. It seemed to have all the options I wanted. I am sooooo looking forward to getting away.

Sorry about the computer issues - anymore there is so much excellent freeware stuff out there that I've dropped my symantec subscription and use AVG plus adaware, spybot and the micro$oft beta thingy. Zonealarm is a great freebie firewall that adds to XP firewall if the 'puter is running XP.

Anyway... how the weight? And WHEN is that steak dinner? This whole picture plan is pretty exciting... you know me.

Oh yeah.......I just watched a show on the Travel Channel on Disney World. I have already decided on what parks and what attractions in the parks I really want to see. Ironic that they had that show on just as I am preparing to go...lol
I got a sneak peek at everything and now it is easier to decide on what we are most interested in instead of just roaming around. Steve and I discussed not doing too much that we are too busy doing and not enough time enjoying. We discussed looking through brochures to see what all they have and picking key things to do. Now we won't have to do that...hehehe

save the big rides, most popular for after hours or before hours.. less lines.. and if it's before.. hustle to them. Then strole...
