Orwell, yep, I took the Harley out on both days, dropped it leaving my yard - gravel road, so bloody heavy to pick up at 613lbs, especially when I am only around 165-170! I had just f***ing cleaned it too!

If ya want big boy toys, ya got to learn to handle them.

I used to pick up most of my bikes from the opposite side.
Though I must admit the GoldWing required I "same side" the lift, but then it was so heavy it needed a reverse gear to back it out of downslope parking slots. (I got rid of it, too much like driving a two-wheeled Winnebago. Not my style.)

Dropping a Harley should be a felony!
