Sounds like a damn good idea to me lass...and what a way to see the Pacific..riding down the road by it, stopping off every so often, sleeping under the stars...nahhh.....balls to that, I am too old for that lark nowadays lol..I'll stop off in a motel hahaha.

Hope you all are having a great Sat.. Ukin, just wanted to tell ya sweets, That if you drive down the Coast from North to South, Especially if you take Hwy 1 most of the way, Its a very long drive if your not in a hurry. Its breathtaking, Specially from Big Sur to Pismo. then its Hwy 101, Be sure an take your Camera with ya, and try stopping off in Solvang its the Best !!! Huggles Missy

I intended to use Hwy 1..I have heard it's breathtaking and I will make note of the town you mentioned..and I will be taking a camera, digi one and plenty of batteries too.
