Morning neighbors...

Still working too hard to make this move happen. The movers show up Friday at 8 am... It took me three days to get the garage ready and I still have 1/2 my office, a closet and the clothes I won't need this week.

To complicate things a bit more I need to get more boxes, make a run for a prescription and Thursday travel to the new house to meet the alarm and cable TV installers...

I'm sore and exhausted. I was awakened at 4 am when some dumb kids thought it would be funny to put a shopping cart on top of the full dumpster then I couldn't get back to sleep cause my mind started working over details of the move.

I need a vacation...

Dude, that sounds like a vacation needing move. Just think to 6 months from now as your still opening boxes, that your finally moved in.

My wife took a week off but didn't do much packing so I'm pretty much stuck with packing for two... She packed the kitchen over the weekend with our neighbor while I spent three days in the garage working alone.

After Friday I can take my time unpacking much of what we are moving after the clothes and foods are unpacked.

Hey there fellow Californians. SF Bay Area here. I have been a watcher for quite some time and finally decided to become a participant.
