I dunno, HK is fun, So is Japan, Singapores airport (from shots I saw) is unbelievable. Though not all HK people are nice, but the foods great. Japan people are pretty perverted, though not all, foods good, but everything's way too expensive.

Now, I am missing Hong Kong food as well. The north china plain in the winter is not really known for its seafood!!

Guong Dong, Fujian, Guo Yu, supposedly Tokyo style Japanese. Well that's not counting English.
