Greetings all,
Just woke up about 30 min ago. but it is weekend, who cares
It is cloudy and windy today. Still recovering from the muscle ache I had from yesterday bike ride..... I can't believe, it was only an hour and half of biking and only about 11 miles trip. I used to bike for 4-5 hours and go for 70-80km without any problem. I am getting old

HAPPY CANADA DAY everybody!!! I spent a great long weekend in the sun and water, although having to unplug the cat5 cable from the vein in my arm for that long was disheartening... it's good to be back!
