I doubt that the majority of Americans reading here have ever heard of the rohingya. A small minority in Myanmar that is being systematically exterminated. USAID has funded 10 hospitals in the area where most have fled, we have funded two more. When the stupid arsehole came to power, he cancelled the funding for those too in one fell swoop. People who were not fit for transport had to be transferred or ended up on the street.

You said gas prices would hit $5 per gallon if the tariffs go into effect. Yale Budget Lab estimate is 1.6% increase. About six cents per gallon. The highest estimates say as much as twenty to thirty cents per gallon in certain parts of the northeast. Even if the full 10 percentages was applied across the board, gas prices per gallon would only rise about thirty cents. You’re full of shit and you know it.
