bishop.....apparently you are suffering from some form of complex, we have a trained medical staff within this thread some of whom handle the icky stuff (you fall in that category) so maybe they might entertain the idea of helping but I doubt it, some things aren't worth the effort or the expendature of oxygen required. Oh well, such is life, now be true to your stature as a very small man and go away.
