I don't think I would be in a position t be unsafe, I don't think I ever feel unsafe going there. I would love to tell them that I am very happy and in a wonderful relationship but I don't think they would understand that and I think it could change the dynamic that we have.

I had it a few years back… with heel spurs. Brings tears to my eyes just remembering it.

So far I find stretching in the morning, wearing socks in bed, then using a frozen water bottle to ice it. I am ordering a orthotic for my shoes to help. Argh just more things to be functional
