after posting the standing and race results I go into the kitchen and starts the prep work for tomorrows race buffet I start the baking tonight and making the desserts so they have enough time to cool and set up for tomorrow then I make all my own bread. and I also start to roast some roast turkey breast making one smoked and one cujan style. and also roasting steamship round of beef. and then Ill set up the rest of the menu for tomorrow.

I have just recieved the beer order and the liquer order beers in the cooler getting cold liquer is put in the bar area. I now have all my deliveries. so now to finish my prep work

Well this is a sports cafe so we might as well get into the basketball tournment seeing they are down t othe final four which well be playing theNational Semifinal April 3th and the final on april 5th
