Welcome, I'm in the DC area as well and I just finished my summer class (yep nice and early) so I'm relishing a nice break at the moment. This thread is pretty hit and miss as far as actual conversation is concerned, maybe it will pick up though.

resize them.. you can do it in mspaint... there is always a personal ad

i agree, and i just dont have time to drop by this thread much... must make a point to! im just South of the DC area, so if there is a good reason to drive up there.. i would.. hehe

you mean all the museums/zoo, great resturants, music, festivals etc. aren't enough of a reason!

You do know that museum exhibits/concerts/festivals etc change? Been there done that isn't much of an excuse in this area unless you're talking about monuments.
How far do you have to drive?

to the mall it takes me about 3 hrs. Sure the exibits change, but there is only so many times u can walk around in one hall

3 hours is a commitment, you have to want it for that

I live a very close by and I still don't make it as often as I want to, working in DC sometimes takes the fun out of city

yea its a ride, thats why i wouldnt head up there unless there was a very good reason
