The Virginia Supreme Court didn’t rule that the redistricting was unconstitutional. It ruled the state didn’t meet one technicality (which the state actually did meet).

The Virginia Supreme Court actually ruled that the state was okay to go ahead with the referendum, but when the vote went against the Republicans, the court flipped its previous ruling to strike down the decision of the people.

Im not whining about it. I flat out am against it and would like legislation drafted to make it illegal. Gerrymandering and mid cycle redistricting should be illegal.

Delaware and Vermont only have 1 congressional district each. How would they gerrymander their one district? So much stupid.

HI is Hawaii. How is it relevant to the map in the post? Hawaii’s two districts are basically Honolulu and everything else. Simple geography.

Maine’s two voting districts are virtually unchanged since 1973, and yes they’ve elected Republicans sometimes.

New Hampshire’s two voting districts are also virtually unchanged since 1973. Republicans won both districts several times since then.

I’m bored with looking these up, but we can all see how dumb your post is. Good job.
