And it is ALWAYs wise to have things put into perspective. What might send me into fight or flight mode may not be be the earth-shattering apocalypse I thought it was once I've had a few minutes to talk it through and think about it.

If any of you need to talk, vent, whatever, my inbox is open. I've been in some pretty dark places, and reached lows I didn't think existed. Don't be afraid to see a therapist.
They're-if nothing else- trained and equipped with all sorts of tools and resources designed specifically to help you work through, work out, and overcome those little voices in your head.
You're not crazy, some people simply have different stressors, triggers, life events, etc that require you to dig deeper to cope.
Please, don't hold it in. Talk to someone for those you love, and for those who love you.
