I will say this much. From personal experience.
Do the best to find the Silver Lining in anything you experience.
Even if it is so small that normally you wouldn't notice. A butterfly for example.
We all have to crawl before we can walk. ( Baby steps)
Took many of those myself. Sometimes blindly.
Eventually I crawled back to where I belonged.
Also don't do what I did, keeping it all in and refusing to talk to anyone.
Not fair to yourself.
No I don't know under what circumstances things went dark for yourself and others.
