My father grew roses when I was growing up. He had a beautiful garden full of them ... I don't know, maybe 20 to 30 different varieties. Many times he won "Garden of the Year" in our small town.

Now, me, on the other hand ... I have managed to kill a cactus :eek:

I'm glad I'm not the only one.

I wish tulips bloomed continuously. They are my favorites. Pink tulips to be exact.

When you're cleaning your kitchen and trying to be a good domestic spouse, don't pick up your colored dish towel to wipe off the counter you just sprayed with a solution containing bleach!

Uh oh ... it's not a pretty dish towel anymore :eek:
