debilitating pain with clitoral orgasm

i've masturbated since i was very young and didnt start having problems until about age 19.

now about 50% of the time i have such pain when i cum that i sometimes am forced to vomit.

i've gone to many doctors and had tests for endometriosis and other things and they have found nothing and have never even heard of my symptoms i hate it!!!!

yeah, i could see why you might hate that. if you don't mind me asking, where exactly is your pain? clitoris, vagina? vulva?

well i know that the vagina contracts during an orgasm (at least some do), so i could see where your uterus might do that also. my wife has a chronic pain syndrome caused by a malfunction in her sympathetic nervous system reducing blood flow to the affected part of her body; maybe you've got a circulatory issue going on there

Normal orgasms do trigger muscle spasms, so a guess would be that you are either having too strong of a muscle contraction, or you have a cross-connected nerve that is telling the wrong muscle to spasm, or you have an injury or swollenness which is being irritated by normal muscle spasms.

One thing you could try is, if you have a vibrator, preferably one with a fairly small tip or point, you could scan it back and forth over your lower abdomen to see if the vibrations cause pain anywhere, because vibrations are similar to muscle contractions and would probably irritate any injury/swollenness in the same way. If you had access to a muscle relaxant drug, that would be another experiment, to see if your orgasm hurt while you were under it's effects.

Have you seen a female urologist/urogynecologist or sexual health specialist? I'm not sure how prevalent these doctors are in KY, but if you can find someone who deals with this type of thing, perhaps they can do more specialized testing and figure out what's actually causing the problem.

A quick search reveals pelvic pain during orgasm isn't uncommon, but it looks like there are quite a few causes. If you haven't looked into those and perhaps posted on a specialized board w/ experts, I'd suggest doing so. At least that would be my next step; maybe it'll help you narrow down the potential causes and find a doctor or physiotherapist who can help you.
