Had the best time today. Setting up and taking pictures at work for a calendar.

Each month had a theme. Made a Crown, Sceptre and Orb for the Queens Birthday. Looked awesome. Managed to deck out most people for the shots. Even talked one of the blokes into donning a tail, bow tie and ears for the Easter shots.

This fulfills the 'Project Management' component of our studies AND we had a ball doing it! Well, we still have to select from proofs and decide on the layout, but that'll be easier than wrestling 30 staff for photos!!!

Enjoying a nice Guinness for lunch. I love being on leave, I can tool about and get stuff done and drink when I'm finished. I was looking for an Eisbock or Dopple Bock. Even a nice Keller bier. I am getting tired of Pils, Dunkle and Weissen.

Mailed off a package to a friend. A tea pot NOT made in China. Got the Christmas cards out. Spent 20 min at the computer and got my son and daughter in law their Christmas presents, Mom and dad's too. My sister will be getting hers by the end of the week. This is some serious efficiency in Man type shopping.

Though I do miss sitting in the mall bar, shopping, going back to the bar, shopping some more, oogling and hitting on the sales women, going back to the bar. So Now, I sit in front of the computer, drink beer, look at porn and shop on line. Keeps me out of trouble.


It is damp here, I need a warm soak, then time in the dry desert wind. 'nuther Guinness is looking good too? How come you can't drink just one?
