Get rid of my gut, shrink up my liver, get everything back to shape-ier. SO it's the celebrex and prilosec in the morning and Omega3, calcium and malaria pills at night!! With A good work out in the AM.

Tough day for us in the CAV today. Actually tough all around. Kid with a Suicide Vest came at one of my elements. Luckily one of my guys scared him and he detonated early. Quite a few wounded nobody lost life limb or eyesight. Only KIA was the bomber. Got some help from some passing Brits. They had a WIA too. The boys from Eglin took a half dozen too.

I can't get my kid to empty the dishwasher, these guys get theirs to blow themselves up. I guess I just suck as a parent.
