Weekend was a shocker! but Tuesday? Tuesday was terrific. Took off for the states and am now in beooootiful downtown Savannah.

Takin time off to visit the Oasis and chill. Please make a space for me and I'll bring fresh drinks. :kiss:

Gonna look for some local football games, if there are any. Strange that I can watch the Canberra games here online.

The fires started before I left. I'm not near Sydney but there are 2 south and southeast of us and one due north. Very smokey on Sunday but not so on Monday. The wind was kinder.
Bloody great shite fight in the blue mountains near Sydney. Poor buggers. And I read they lost a waterbomber near Ulladula. No further news but people there say its wing fell off???????????????? That's just so wrong.

I loooooooove all this Spanish moss. It's insane! My mother has some in Brissy. They call it 'old man's beard' over in QLD and she nurses it along. I'm sendin photos of this stuff.... she'll pop a gasket!

I've been here 27 hours and haven't driven DB mad yet. Good sign.

Assuming the two of you are in the same shelter, the discussion is a little weird.LOL

I do understand though, The wife and I caught ourselves cybering each other when we got back from Iraq on our first tour. She was in the living room and I was in the den about eight feet away. It was habit from 15 month of us both being in Iraq but in different places.

If yer going to take back the Moss, grab you some of that Kudzu and take it back too. Lovely little plant, yeah yer mom would LOVE IT!!!!
