I am forcing my husband to listen to Unmentionable since it will hit 10,000 hits on literotica this week (only 3 weeks after I put it up) and it has a rating of 4.73 which is pretty damn good I think. You wouldn't think I would have to force him to listen but he has never read or listened to any of my stuff. He was making a big fuss and bitching and moaning about never getting that time back and I know it was meant as a joke but dammit I think my stuff is actually pretty good and his total lack of interest in something that is my biggest creative outlet is really fucking depressing so someone pore me a double shot of something hard and let me wallow in self-pity....or hey...better yet...distract me

Bella I know what you mean about the Spouse. I was in another writer's thread on here and several of the writers had the same problem. My wife read and gave me suggestions on "The Breeder" but hasn't read any of my other stuff.

It seems NOBODY can finish the "New Story"

I say as long as 10 thousand people like your stuff then one guy won't matter. As long as he likes your cooking and everything else that goes along with your life. Do you get involved in his hobbies? My wife tried to help me twice on wood working type projects. They were both small; reupholstering the bench in the kitchen, and finishing the kitchen table. Near disaster, that's all I'm saying.

Please help me cope with the teenage girly squeals as my daughter catches up with buddies from her last school!! All lovely but LOUD.

Maybe I'll just get a popcorn, take a seat and watch them.

Fishing looks an awful lot like freezing your ass off at an ungodly hour to me so I try to avoid it at all costs lmao. My father might recognize the lake because he and my uncles loved to fish...they stopped taking me when I started bringing books hehehe....
