es. Sending lots of the
es back to you.Hey DGO are you getting hit by that nasty weather hitting today??![]()

It isn't to my area yet. Hope things are going well for you hon. Guess you will be heading out soon to "do the wave." No, just a little rain and thunder.

This has to be one of the best illusion ever created.

If you look at the above images from your seat in front of the computer, Mr. Angry is on the left, and Ms. Calm is on the right.
Get up from your seat, and move back 12 feet, and PRESTO they switch places!
It is said this illusion was created by Phillippe G.Schyns and Aude Oliva of the University of Glasgow.
Does this prove that we sometimes may not be seeing what's actually there?
Hi DGO ...![]()
Yes, I feel it definitely proves that people see what they wish to see.
~ Thank the deities for my imagination.
So much for eye witness accounts!
Oh my. Now that is something to think about.
Hi Kylan ~ I think you have summed it up very well. How has your week been?
Hiya, beautiful ... so good to see you![]()
My week has been so long, it's not quite finished. And yours?
Hiya, beautiful ... so good to see you![]()
My week has been so long, it's not quite finished. And yours?

Why isn't your week finished Mr. Solo?
Thank you sweetie.
It has been pretty good, thank you. Not quite over yet and I will just have to see how it goes.![]()

Alas, I must go and pretend to be all important this weekend as well.
~ You women are so expensive for us gullible guys to keep.
Oh, I'm pretty sure with you there, it'll be more than fine.
Any trouble with your bank accounts, let me know ... the AC/number ... etc ... etc ...![]()

You are such a sweetie and a big help too.![]()
...........but no numbers.
Nope!
Got my share of the government's 'ploy'. The economic stimulus stuff. Of course with the price of gas how much of it is going to go to our country? Helps to have filed electronically and have a SSN that is low. Hope everyone gets theirs soon.
It won't begin to cover the amount I paid in taxes! My check is going to my savings account.
The price of gas versus Printer Ink
All these examples do NOT imply that gasoline is cheap; it just illustrates how outrageous some prices are....
You will be really shocked by the last one! Compared with Gasoline......
Diet Snapple 16 oz $1.29 .. $10.32 per gallon
Lipton Ice Tea 16 oz $1.19 .........$9.52 per gallon
Gatorade 20 oz $1.59 ..... $10.17 per gallon
Ocean Spray 16 oz $1.25 ......... $10.00 per gallon
Brake Fluid 12 oz $3.15 ...... $33.60 per gallon
Vick's Nyquil 6 oz $8.35 ... $178.13 per gallon
Pepto Bismol 4 oz $3.85 .. $123.20 per gallon
Whiteout 7 oz $1.39 ..... . $25.42 per gallon
Scope 1.5 oz $0.99 ....$84.48 per gallon
And this is the REAL KICKER...
Evian water 9 oz $1.49..$21.19 per gallon! $21.19 for WATER and the buyers don't even know the source
(Evian spelled backwards is Naive)
Ever wonder why printers are so cheap?
So they have you hooked for the ink. Someone calculated the cost of the ink at............... (you won't believe it....but it is true........) $5,200 a gal.
So, the next time you're at the pump, be glad your car doesn't run on water, Scope, Whiteout, Pepto Bismol, Nyquil or God forbid, Printer Ink!
Just a little humour to help ease the pain of your next trip to the pump...
I made the gas station trip yesterday. I do need to get some ink for my printer. I have done the gentle shaking of the cartridges several times already.![]()
Do you remember all the hype of the 80s where they predicted we were going to become a paperless society? It seems that we have more paper now than ever before.
