I was watching a TV programme, and, for no apparent reason, the grandmother character gave her grandson some money, making me think "Why did she do that?!" And then I remembered that my grandmother used to do the same thing.

That was enough to send me into floods of tears. It's been nearly 20 years since she died, and it shouldn't really affect me so strongly this far along.

I had a very sad dream last night in which I cried so hard. It was a reliving of losing my aunt from a couple of years ago, who was the most amazing woman I've ever known. I still feel her absence and now and again it still hits me.

Thank you. I think it's been stirred up because I'm now finally spending my inheritance from her on my big home renovations and I was looking at all the art that used to be in her house and planning on where I'm going to hang it in mine.
