He's a pister child for the drawbacks of the "gig economy". No fixed income, can't afford insurance, he seems to rely upon sketchy "free clinics" to get the maintenance meds (adderall, xanax, klonopin) that re-regulate his brain chemistry.

....and if recent memory is any guide, the upcoming holidays will make things that much worse.
