Well dear there could be a few reasons that is can't be seen.

1. A photo ext file that will not work with web setup.
2. some internet photos that below the 1st or second page of a web site can't be picked up.
3. If it is a photo from a file on a drive in your computer

the two best way to fix it

The use of a good photo editor to change to .bmp or .jpeg and the use of www.photobucket.com to store it to and then bring it the the post.
