I work in chemistry here at the university - lots of pretty students on campus - sadly not many in the chemistry faculty!!

Someone that I was talking to last evening brought up the fact that they think that Lit has changed alot lately. That there seems to be more personal attacks on posters by other posters.

Someone else mentioned this MM. Myself, i've had no experience of it, but guess that it happens more on the General Board, people in the Playground tend to be more accepting.

I pay no attention to the general board on a regular basis. I do on occasion lurk around over there. But isn't that the way that board has always been?

Having been here for only a few months i don't know. But whenever i take a peek at the GB, it seems to be very cliquey.
Does anyone ever post here and the GB as well?

i find some threads here in the playground very cliiquey as well ..I have been ignored by a few in some threads..but i just post anyway..and sometimes i was asked not to dicuss baseball or stuff in a certain thread thats why I made this thread just to talk about whatever you wanted..I like the nature flow without thinking oh god i better not talk about that....
I have also experienced people being jealous and thinking I am a that "B" word ...I would never step on toes or go behind anyones back ...just my 2 cents this morning..I have to add I enjoy everyones company that posts here and I consider you all friends...

I post on both, Pengy. I don't know that it's more cliquey than this board (though the games make it easier to become a familiar face over here). But the GB is an edgier board. On this board, you're just ignored if you don't fit in. (Whatever that entails.) You can get sliced and diced in some of the General Board threads.
