There is no doubt about the fact that he is becoming extremely well known all over the world even in countries that don't really play soccer! He might be heading for the same sort of status as Mohammed Ali had. Personally I think there are far better footballers (soccer players) in the world - part of it is that he has a great team of PR people behind him. You know he's married to Victoria (ex posh spice of the Spice Girls) don't you. And no I don't like her either!
