I’ll use my hand and then only slaps with my fingers. If he’s into it, I like inflicting so much pain with so little effort. Kicking is just too far for me and even punching I’m not okay with. But grabbing his shaft and giving him a few good slaps while he grunts always puts a smile on my face.

I can't speak from a Domme's perspective or from a males (wrong parts) But isn't the hint or slightest chance that his sensitive parts are vulnerable and that he is helpless to that fact which makes it so arousing and exciting? More so than the actual act. I've never been turned on by actually being in severe pain, but the suggestion of such really gets into my head.
I'm interested in hearing more on this from a males perspective.

If I had a choice, which I never have, I would opt for ball crushing with hands. Why? I always find this exercise to be more intimate and prolonged. I like the Master to see me come to a crescendo of pain. It also reinforces how submissive to a real man I have become.

I tried that with a professional dominatrix once. It's a nice feeling, as long as it is strictly controlled. She was wearing nice, leather, knee-high boots.
