I'm going to try to post tonight if I can because I might not be able to do it tomorrow, depending on some factors. I'm making a lemon meringue pie for my girlfriend but I've never done it before so I might fuck up and have to try again

<o< Wow! Lemon Merengue pie is such a treat, I'm sure she'll love it! I've made a couple ambitious dessert recipes that I had to start over. As long as the end result is sweet and edible, all's well that ends well. Lol

You'll have to let me know how it turned out. Obviously it'll be awesome, but I must know the magnitude of awesomeness.

Just finished up. Couldn't quite get the stuff peaks, so I'll likely have to practice that another time, but it didn't turn out horrible. Topping is a bit funny looking because I thought I could make it look fancier with a cake frosting bag, but...well, you'll see lol

I actually didn't do half bad. The middle was a little more jelly than it needed to be, but it wasn't liquid. My girlfriend actually told me after the fact, (because she knew I would freak out lol), that's it's one of the hardest pies to make and for my first time doing it, I did a phenomenal job ^_^

And then I had a little freak out because AAAH D:< of course she freaking tells me!
