There is one right now over on the "Confessions" thread that is wrecking havoc. A very ugly scene.

Newbs who feel the need to interject everywhere. There should be a 5/10 posts per day limit until you reach 500 posts :D

I hate it when people inject lyrics into the middle of threads.

Nah, cockatars are the worst. I will put up with them because I don't wanna miss out on seeing the delish avs of the awesome women of Lit.

I also don't like posts that pander to Lit women
 
In addition to some great ones already mentioned:

- Chronic complainers
- Moral policing
- People who have the nerve to not be online when I’ve been drinking. :p

And how about we add a Down with Cockatars logo to the t-shirt list?

Extended public drama makes me uncomfortable.

Chatty Cathy and her bf with the 'sit right here' AV - what was his name? They made me uncomfortable. :D

In answer to today's questions (and others' responses):

Public sex on the boards doesn't bother me. (Refer to Sex in Public Saturday) I'm not sure what the solution is. Yes, someone could start a thread for that sort of thing. The problem is that public sex tends to just happen when two Litsters get carried away, it's not a planned event. If they are on a discussion thread when it happens, it happens. If they stop midway through and move to PMs ... well, the voyeur in me feels a bit cheated. :eek:

I would prefer it not happen in the word game threads or poetry threads. It messes up the flow of the game for everyone else. :(

I also hate the passive aggressive jabs and open fighting. Again, messes up the flow for everyone else. If you want to call me every curse word in your arsenal, send a PM. If you need to publicly flog me, start a thread specifically for that (PM me the link if you want to be sure I see it.) Let those who love drama read along. Maybe they'll chime in and add to the list of grievances. Just don't do it on an active thread. All of Lit shouldn't have to suffer because you think I'm an evil twat.

What else? Oh yes, cockatars and vajajays. Ampics is a great place for that sort of thing. It's an open and friendly group of individuals who appreciate exhibitionism. You can fill an entire thread, or several threads, with c/v pics from every angle. Using it as an AV is generally not a good idea.

As to the rest, I agree when you say that AmPics is a great place for cockatars and vajajays. If you want to see that, go there. If you don't want to see that, DON'T go there. Problem solved.

A saying comes to mind. "A place for everything, and everything in its' place." The Lit forums are a wide and diverse set of places for many different people and activities. Find what you like, and avoid the places you don't like.
 
I always prefer not to feed the trolls. It gives them life. Also it seems like a huge waste of time to get into a slanging match with someone who wants exactly that.

Real trolls are vicious, mean, and destructive. They only want to destroy other people, their threads, while sucking up all the attention. Even this one is not the worst of the lot.

I must admit that I am something of a chocolate snob and I enjoy dark chocolates, generally avoiding all milk chocolate. But if faced with a choice of only M&Ms, I will choose the plain ones, maybe even picking out only the brown ones to eat.

I don't like people who are mean to other people and constantly badger them in threads. I also don't like people who seem to obsessively post on the compliment threads. I mean at least wait 15 minutes. Cock pics don't bother me, vag pics don't bother me. Just don't be an asshole and I'll be cool with you.

I'm either a peanut or peanut butter m&m sort guy. I often like that crunch, but every once in a while want to take it easy.
