Yup. :cathappy: I keep waiting for something really bad to happen, because I've been having such an awesome time.

It's been 16 days, and I've lost 5.4 lbs. I'm quite proud of myself.

Also, congrats Dar!! That is a lot.

If my maths is right I've lost about 8lb, but that seems an awful lot more than I can *see* on me...

I lost another pound, but I'm sure I've gained it back since lunch.

I had to have the footlong, the six inch just doesn't satisfy me. :p

You would have said something if that had been me!!!

:cathappy:

Great job, everyone! I need to get my butt in gear.

Need an 'exercise' partner? :catroar:

Well, we'd certainly perspire, but I don't know if it would help my getting in shape plan.

;)

I can think of lots of ways to work all kinds of muscles.

I don't need to lose weight - I am 4'10" and 100 lbs., with a 20.9 bmi, and thus expressly average in weight - but allow me to bitch about weight and lack of height. It really, really sucks being short, as any pound shows. I wish I were taller and could spare a pound or two. I have never had an eating disorder, but out of those friends of mine that have, they've both been short. It's a fucking rollercoaster being under 5' and trying to maintain a 'healthy' weight. If I gain 10 pounds, I'm clinically overweight. That sucks, especially on a student diet.

(Didn't quite phrase right.)

I can't put myself in your situation completely, since I'm taller than you, but allow me to express my sympathies. Especially about the student diet bit - I know how hard that part can be. :rose:

I can't see it right now either, but I remain optimistic. At least I'm in a downwards trend. I'm sure eventually it'll be obvious. :rose:

I'll join in. :) I've been maintaining, against all odds, and want to lose. My plan is simple, spend an hour a day each working outside, working on the house, and writing. Then eat a little bit every three hours. Take dog for long walks. Good for both of us. :rose:

magica...

I think you've got a great plan. I actually started eating small healthy snacks several times a day instead of lunch and I think its helped boost my metabolism and I've been losing weight (finally).

Thanks, I know it has worked for me well in the past. Was doing really well until I got my current job and got off plan. Gotta get back to it.

Well done you! That's a whole person!!!

I was wondering how much more you'd lost. Last figure I remember seeing was 56lbs.

Super congrats to you.

Isn't it just! Good on Dar

Thanks. I stuck at 215 forever but things have started going down again now that I am working and not sitting at home doing nothing.

Okay, I finished off the leftover pizza and ice cream...and lasagna so I'm ready to go. Exercised the past two days and will try to, no will at least four times a week. I will eat a little less and drink a little less as well.

I've dropped thirteen pounds in the last two months. :) I'm trying really hard to stick with the healthier eating and getting more exercise. I want to lose ten more.

OMG - I'm under 80Kg
:nana:

<calculates>

Christ! 11lbs?
Yay me :D
