You know when you see Post reply,you see all them options on the top?One looks like a link,one looks like a square box,and one looks like a smiley face?

Copy the image address and Paste it when you click the square box open,and put it on URL.

It often rejects mine too. Lit can be ornery sometimes. When that doesn't work if the size of the .gif file is small enough, I'll just save it to my computer, open the insert image tab, then drag and drop. Or if it's too big, if I save to imgur and just put the link in the text of the post itself, it usually shows up that way. Imgur's not great if you're trying to post anything explicit, but for Mean Girls .gifs it should be fine. It's a bit convoluted, but it works.
