Fairy Princess Palace 🧚‍♀️

I’m not getting your reference(s) at all, but I believe you. Will still probably watch it but won’t expect much.
The main character is a big fan of Henry Miller, who was known for his sexy prose. Tropic of Cancer was probably his biggest novel, semi-autobiographical and very explicit. The movie wants to be that. It wants to be that so fucking bad. They name the teacher Miller for fuck's sake. (Sorry, that is just bad, on the nose name writing). They use that Ortega's character, who's last name is Sweet, for more on the nose naming, loves Miller's writing while in high school, so she is obviously very intelligent and gifted, and trying to seduce her teacher to improve her Yale entrance essay (yes, this is an actual plot point) is okay.

The only reason I don't go for an "F" is that the cinematography is quite good, and both Ortega and Freeman are good actors.

I want a sexy teacher student romance (18+ May/December Lit mods) that is well written and well acted. Hmmm, have there been any?

Not Student/Teacher but May/December at it's finest... Sabrina (the original but the remake wasn't horrible) was fabulous.

I have one that I’ve gotten off to several times but I was told the writing is not very good 🤣. And, I’ll be honest, I rarely notice that when I’m reading lit stories 🤭

Edit… I just realized you were talking about movies 🤪

Creator, with Peter O'Toole being chased by Mariel Hemingway. How Stella Got Her Groove Back. Rushmore. An Education. My favorite would be To Have and Have Not.

I saw An Education. It was good but sad. Not that I mind that. Rushmore was good as well. To Have and Have Not, so good.

I'm going to check out Creator.

Creator is a lot of fun. Peter O'Toole is always so good, and he has a blast here as a college professor who will stop at nothing to clone his dead wife. Hemingway volunteers to be the egg donor and falls in love with him. Great cast (O'Toole, Hemingway, Vincent Spano, Virginia Madsen (who I have a deep abiding crush on), David Ogden Stiers) and great dialog.

I watched it for the tits quite a bit as a wee monkey. It’s a little exploitative in retrospect. But a decent flick.

I can only speak for myself as a sleepy girl™️ but this would be the ideal way to be put to bed almost every night.
This crossed with my post just now, but it seems I was thinking along the right lines.

It is truly the most delightful thought; I wish you the man who'd do just that for you.
