FBI Raids Orange Guy's Compound.

NOW he wants to cool it?

Trump warns 'terrible things are going to happen' if the country's temperature isn't cooled

Trump has been making offers to "help" in the past couple of days while also issuing warnings about the anger he has helped incite.

Perhaps he feels the noose tightening?
he(his lawyers) wants 'a paper trail' to wave in front of a judge "proving" his efforts to calm violence

and needs to feel he's still the one in charge and can call the shots

giuliani tells newsmax that trump's first reaction to the raid was him boasting about how big the crowd supporting him was

some things never change

He has a right to have his property which was unlawfully seized returned to him. The first step is to make the request for the FBI to do it. The next step is to go to court and challenge the validity of the warrant and demand the government return his illegally confiscated property.
Six weeks before the raid on Trump's home, the same magistrate recused himself from a lawsuit proceeding initiated By Trump against Hillary Clinton, saying he could not be fair in any proceeding involving Donald Trump. Yet when the corrupt FBI came looking for a willing judge to authorize their illegal "general" warrant application, they chose this same judge who is required by federal statute to recuse himself if:

28 U.S. Code § 455 - Disqualification of justice, judge, or magistrate judge

prev | next
(a)
Any justice, judge, or magistrate judge of the United States shall disqualify himself in any proceeding in which his impartiality might reasonably be questioned.
(b)He shall also disqualify himself in the following circumstances:
(1)
Where he has a personal bias or prejudice concerning a party, or personal knowledge of disputed evidentiary facts concerning the proceeding;

A motion should be filed in federal court to have the warrant withdrawn and his property returned and all evidence seized suppressed.

Investigate those oranges all you like. It doesn’t change the facts that Trump stole state secrets, and was caught red-handed.

Well, Trump's instigating leading to crazies committing suicide by FBI agent repeatedly isn't going to help him at sentencing time.

Trump complaining today that the Feds confiscated his three passports. "One of them expired".

Flight risk?

Also....two active passports?

i could be wrong, but i think a judge can sign a warrant and still recuse themselves from any courtroom proceedings that are the outcome of the warrant's execution

perhaps someone with actual, legal knowledge (and i don't mean that joke 'arpy) can weigh in with links to confirm or deny this?

This whole thing is only about stealing from Trump the Executive Privileged information the J6 Committee isn't entitled to access. They know it so the Democrats in the House have made an arrangement with the Democrat DOJ to simply issue an unconstitutional "general" warrant (without specificity) to seize every document created in the White House during the entire Trump term of office in search of a pretext for a criminal prosecution that will dirty him up and prevent him running for President. This is the continuation of a 5-year Democrat criminal conspiracy to destroy Donald Trump, his family, business, and friends, and to disenfranchise millions of his voters. That's it.

Makes for an interesting question: are former presidents given a diplomatic passport as a courtesy?
no idea... though they might not automatically be rendered void on leaving official office. presidential perks? i'd assume past presidents may often continue with back-channel diplomacy and stuff... maybe maybe?

"One of the duties former presidents have to uphold after their time in the office is traveling. Former presidents travel as goodwill ambassadors of the nation, and they're upholding their duties in diplomatic relations between countries. For that purpose, they have an annual budget of $1 million they can use. Their spouses have a $500,00 yearly traveling budget. Former presidents also have the right to diplomatic passports meaning that they can avoid all the hassle of obtaining visas for some countries."

trump done much globetrotting in the form of diplomatic missions since being kicked out of the Whitehouse?

well i would but i can't believe a word that falls out of his lying face. that's what happens when people lie all the time... their credibility is shot.
No, you "won't" believe a word out of his mouth.

I don't know about any foreign travels except I thought he made a trip to Scotland or Ireland to visit one of his properties, but I'm not sure. He has been traveling all over the US, however.

Probably. I had three at one time. A dip passport and two tourist ones. One of the tourist ones was to use for Israel because there are some Arab countries that wouldn't admit me with Israel on even the Dip passport and a tourist one for my vacation uses, as I wasn't supposed to vacation on a dip passport. Before I got moved up to dip status I had two--a government passport and a tourist one. Dip is black, government is blue, tourist is red.

it's a sad state of affairs when we have to feel celebratory over judges actually knowing and upholding the laws of the land

^^^ If the Judiciary had any integrity, it would take action to remove her.
