Ferguson Neverending

Martin as in Trayvon? That's a whole different debate topic, as there was no cop involved.

I don't allow myself (WHOOPS! I mean "myelf") to get sucked in to anything "Boxie" does. Must've happened when I got tired trying to follow & respond to your lies, mistakes, & other crap.

Why don't you try to meet his parameters... Or just lie as always & say you already have?!

Why so rude? I thought we were getting along just fine?

His parameters are intentionally near impossible to meet. If I did somehow manage to meet his paramters they'd simply shift again. It would become something like I've never found a black midget protester killed by a seven foot tall Chinese Kung Fu master using the five finger exploding heart technique. If I found that I'd have to find evidence that the police in Phoenix deputized Cthulu and and he once banished an entire chapter of the Black Panthers to a Dark Dimensions.

My mistake... Wikipedia says he was acting as neighborhood watch coordinator.

Likewise, Sean, ignoring the mistakes in your post (saying I didn't meet the parameters knowing they were ever-changing/impossible to meet, claiming we were getting along, claiming you were thinking).

Eikerenkoetter walked away from the scene of the arrests, she was followed by Kristine Hendrix, a University City school board member who was filming the scene on her cellphone. As the video shows, Hendrix was recording as a SLMPD bike cop charged onto the sidewalk and tasered a male protester.

Seconds later, a police officer tased Hendrix. Her voice can be heard wailing on the video, "Oh my god, why did you do that?" Eikerenkoetter says the taser struck Hendrix in the hand.

Eikerenkoetter soon found herself pressed into the ground and under arrest. Another officer ordered Hendrix to put her hands behind her back, she says, but Hendrix appeared unable move after the pain of being tased. Hendrix was then tased a second time.

"I can't, it hurts," Hendrix pleads in the video, before the second taser strike. "It hurts so bad, please stop. Please stop hurting me."

During the arrests, Eikerenkoetter claims that two officers walked by and said "stop resisting," while another told her "police lives matter."

Eikerenkoetter and the seven other arrested protesters were transported to the City Justice Center, where they were processed and eventually charged with impeding the flow of traffic. Hendrix and another protester, Emmanuel Jones, were also charged with resisting arrest.

Eikerenkoetter was finally released around 7 a.m. Saturday. But before she could leave the Justice Center, she says she had to endure a creepy sexual offer from one of the prison guards.

An officer’s use of a Taser in arresting two people in an anti-police-brutality demonstration will be investigated for compliance with policies, the police department said Monday.

Kristine Hendrix, 34, of University City, posted a cellphone video online which shows her and a man walking on a sidewalk on Washington Avenue downtown Friday night, seconds before a male officer uses a Taser to subdue both.

They and six others were arrested on suspicion of impeding traffic by walking in the street.

Florida police murder black computer engineer as he listens to music; attempted coverup exposed

On July 31st, 2013, Jermaine McBean, an experienced 33 year old computer engineer with no criminal record whatsoever, paid $100 for a camouflage BB gun at his local pawn shop. As he walked to his home with his headphones on, listening to music, he was shot and killed by police in Oakland Park, Florida - after they claimed he ignored their requests to put down his weapon and then aimed the gun, which was empty, at them in an aggressive manner.

The cop who shot McBean got an award during the investigation.

Now, nearly two year later, it turns out the police told multiple lies in attempt to cover up their senseless murder of Jermaine.

Lie #1: The officer who shot and killed Jermaine, Deputy Peter Peraza, said multiple times that he saw nothing in the ears of Jermaine McBean.

A transcript shows that Deputy Peter Peraza, who fired the fatal shots, repeatedly told sheriff’s investigators that he did not see anything in McBean’s ears.Nothing, the officer swore under oath, prevented Mr. McBean from hearing the screaming officers.

Truth: The headphones are clearly in Jermaine’s ears in a picture taken by a nurse who lived in the neighborhood.

Also, according to the NY Times, the deputy who shot him, Peter Peraza, said he had feared for his life, convinced that Mr. McBean was about to start firing. Deputy Peraza was asked at least five times whether there was any reason that Mr. McBean would not have heard the officers’ commands, such as whether there was anything in his ears. Each time, Deputy Peraza said no.

Shocking video shows Texas police attacking black teens at pool party

Sunday morning, a video was released online showing officers brutally handling a group of teenagers dressed in swimwear.

The incident reportedly took place this weekend in McKinney, Texas – where a resident was having a pool party. Allegedly, neighbors were concerned about the large group of black children who were in attendance at the event, and called the police to intervene.

Authorities arrived immediately to the predominately white neighborhood and proceeded to chase and handcuff the frightened partygoers without providing much information as to why.

At one point in the clip, an officer can be seen pinning a young girl in a bathing suit facedown into the grass while grabbing her by her braids. She and her friends hysterically scream as she is cuffed. The adults in the neighborhood are seen helplessly watching on as the girl sobs.

All throughout the clip several detained young boys try to explain to the police that they just arrived to the scene and were not involved in whatever complaints had been made. They also appear confused as to why they have been cuffed. The video ends with the officer chastising the boys for “being part of the mob.”

The video itself seems to be taken by two young white men who briefly appear at the beginning of the clip. Despite filming the incident, they are treated politely by the officer, in stark contrast to his behavior with the other children.

We’ll bring you more on this story as details surface.

Florida high school principal removed after defending Texas officer
A Florida high school principal has been removed from his job after commenting online in support of the Texas police officer who resigned after a video surfaced showing him manhandling a black bikini-clad teenager and pulling his gun on other black teens, according to officials and local media.

Miami-Dade County Public Schools said in a brief statement on Wednesday that North Miami Senior High School principal Alberto Iber had been removed. It added a replacement would be announced shortly.

The Miami Herald newspaper on Wednesday reported that Iber had posted a comment on an article published on its website supportive of McKinney, Texas police Corporal Eric Casebolt.

"He did nothing wrong," Iber wrote in a comment that displayed his Facebook picture, name, school and title, according to the newspaper. "He was afraid for his life. I commend him for his actions."

The cop did his job.

One of the officers involved has been suspended.

A Texas police officer has been suspended pending the outcome of an investigation after video surfaced showing one cop pulling a gun on a crowd of teens at a pool party while others handcuffed teenage partygoers.

Police on Friday evening were called to the Craig Ranch North Community Pool in McKinney, roughly 40 miles north of Dallas. McKinney police said in a statement they were responding to a disturbance "involving multiple juveniles at the location, who do not live in the area or have permission to be there, refusing to leave," and that some of them were fighting.

Which was not true, BTW. One of the girls attacked was not only a resident, but an organizer of the party.

And it was two white women who started the "fighting".

A white woman at the pool started making racist comments, Thomas said, such as telling black teens at the party to get used to the bars outside the pool because that’s all they were going to see.

Grace Stone, 14, who is white, told BuzzFeed News that she and friends objected to an adult woman making racist comments to other teens at the party and that the woman turned violent.

This is when, according to Thomas, a 19-year-old black woman told the belligerent white woman to stop fighting with the teenagers. The white woman called the black woman a “young bitch,” then walked up to her. After the young woman said her age out loud, the older woman punched her in the face. Another unidentified white woman jumped in as well before Thomas, who was recording the incident, and his friends went to break it up.

It was after this incident that the cops showed up and “started cursing and yelling at us,” Thomas said. He described an officer manhandling a young girl, as shown in this video embedded above.

Those two white women are the only ones who should have been arrested or cuffed in this incident, but I see nothing to indicate that they were; maybe they were.

Your side? Of course you and your ilk have no respect for the law and you feel you can just run amuck anytime you want.

"you and your ilk..."

C'mon, you can do better than that, Mastur Bates.

I know you can. I've seen you do better coded words and blatantly obvious posts about that which you perpetually fear.

Prosecutors drop charges against black U-Va. student arrested by white cops

Prosecutors in Charlottesville, Va. have filed a request to drop charges against Martese Johnson, the black University of Virginia student who was thrown to the ground and bloodied during his arrest by white Virginia Alcoholic Beverage Control officers in March.

The arrest spurred protests and demonstrations at U-Va., with some students arguing that Johnson’s treatment was an example of white officers harassing a black student.

Black kid vs White cop? You do the math.

The math is very easy to do. Most cops are white and a disproportionate number of criminals are black. Therefore, most arrests of black people are made by white cops. In this specific instance, the details still need to be worked out, and this should be done in court. Apparently, he was drunk and, since he was twenty years old, he had to have been breaking at least one law.

Being a 20-year-old who is apparently drunk is not proof that he broke a law.

Perhaps there is a lesson in all of this. If someone tells you to leave an establishment, you leave. If not, you can be wrestled to the ground, bloodied and have to fork out a lot of cash for attorney fees.

On the bright side, you can turn around, cry victim and then file a lawsuit against the University. Which is what he will probably do.

The legal age for drinking is 21. :(

Not everywhere... Both Michael Moore & Judge Judy have on-camera discussed differences in drinking ages.

Oh, & King... suspension &/or even firing isn't final, but each of the deaths are. "Treat others as you want to be treated." Who was it that famously said something about "First, kill all the (know it's not the quote, but for situation, "cops" fits here better)"?
