Ferguson Neverending

1] I'm not a pumpkin, retard, asking for anything free, or thinking any body part is clothing.

2] No white backlash no matter how many officers they charge; The backlash happens if they charge 0, or when (not if) all those charged get off without jail time or fines.

I don't expect it to happen, but there could be backlash from the way rioters have been burning and trashing and looting and victimizing people who had nothing to do with the death.

I believe the cops are being overcharged. They might be convicted of something like negligent manslaughter, for failure to strap the handcuffed prisoner onto his seat in the paddy wagon.

Perhaps I was misreading, but I assumed the "backlash" was referring to things the rioters might do b/c of what's happened & what's yet to come. (Also, hearing a lot on TV about lack of audience allowed at Camden Yards, etc... Are they going to get a bailout when the season ends & the businesses/employees are in the eco-basement due to the inability to make any money those nights?!)

Also, what does it matter what they're charged with?! If you charge someone with shoplifting a Twix or killing 100, what difference is it when in either case, they're acquitted?!

It's just a pointless waste of everybody's time when somebody is charged with an offense for which he or she is certain to be acquitted, such as second degree murder in this case.

There is a deterrent effect in charging the lot of them and letting the AG investigation sort it out. No one knows the real story yet, it may end up just like Ferguson, or maybe two of the six get 20 years and some get off altogether.

If cops know they can be held responsible for their actions they aren't so aggressive.

This case has very little in common with Ferguson. In that case, a cop killed a man who was attacking him; a grand jury reached that conclusion and all the forensic evidence pointed to that conclusion. This case has yet to be sorted out, but some cop or cops are culpable, although not guilty of second degree murder.

We've been hearing that Freddie was repeatedly denied medical attention. That neglect is very strong evidence toward 2nd degree murder.

Man, I wish people would read up on the topic before they spout off partisan bullshit.

I have been hearing that, but nothing has been proven, except that he did eventually receive medical attention, which did no good. Another man was in the paddy wagon with him. What did the other man say.

There is even stronger evidence of negligent homicide, namely the failure to strap Freddie into place with a seat belt.

Wait until the facts surface for Christ sakes.

This was eight days ago. Try to keep up.

http://www.cnn.com/2015/04/24/us/baltimore-freddie-gray-death/

Police Commissioner Anthony Batts told reporters there are no excuses for the fact that Gray was not buckled in as he was transported to a police station.

Five days after Gray's death and amid ongoing protests, police officials acknowledged mistakes were made during and after his arrest.

Gray, who was stopped April 12 after a foot pursuit through several housing complexes, should have received medical attention at the scene of his arrest, said Deputy Police Commissioner Kevin Davis. A witness said the man was yelling and indicated he was having difficulty breathing.

Batts told reporters in an afternoon news conference: "We know our police employees failed to get him medical attention in a timely manner multiple times."

By the time Freddie Gray received medical attention he was unresponsive and not breathing. He had asked the officers repeatedly for medical assistance and was ignored.

The other man in the wagon was in a separate compartment and could not see what was going on with Freddie Gray. He denies the account that was released at first, that he witnessed Freddie throwing himself around the back of the wagon. He stated that he never even saw him.

How come none of the anti-unionists are complaining about the thug tactics being used by the Baltimore FOP president?

You know, I get the fact that people want to protest whatever injustice dujour is going on. But what I don't get is why it is necessary to burn, destroy and loot in your own neighbourhood. I mean really, what is that supposed to accomplish?

They do know they can be charged with anything under the sun, but also know that they will get off at some point. (Box, unless you were in that jury box, you know what conclusion the jury reached, but not which way the evidence appeared or if the jury conclusion was justified.)

I watch a lot of fictional court shows, as well as Judges Judy or Mathis. None on the latter get jail time, which only further proves to me how real they are when Anderson Cooper reports the same outcome for an officer who clearly killed someone unjustifiably.

Gotta laugh. Those TV judges don't have the power to invoke jail time in those shows. They are civil courts with low money limits on them.

I guess they do it because they can do it without getting shot. If they were to march on a white neighborhood . . .

the criminal aka animals need welfare money, clearly the working class American's aka the Real American's (unlike the cuckold obama kind) need to get 2nd and 3rd jobs to support for KingofAssTards way of life (thugging and mugging) as well as the obama slaves

if these bitches don't get the welfare, they will be burning, looting, and rioting and the obama kind will be supporting them.
