Just made a big ole pot o' my Daddy Spaghetti (one of the few things that are superior to Mommy-made). The girls are over the moon - they LOVE my spaghetti. :)

I'm finishing up my bottle of merlot, so I'm purty dam' happy, too.

Now...the hot tub for a sunset soak, as I watch the sun go down into the lake, and I contemplate how dam' lucky I am.

Thanks! My cousin took a copy so that it could get scanned in and we'd have a computer copy. The original was typed. I took time to separate the recipes into categories (which included folding and copying some of the originals to separate them). Looking forward to the finished product.

It will be cool to see.....preserving the old fonts from the typewriting and seeing the new stuff with graphics and cool fonts and stuff. It's going to be really, really cool.

I hadn't planned to add picts to it. I guess I should but I don't really have enough time for that. The files are coming in as .PDF's. My sister is the photo historian. hmmm........no.....they are lucky enough to get the recipes. LOL!

my little sister is the family historian too....
she is always trying to keep at least 1 pic of everyone in the family so we all know who we look like, or even better a pic of what everyone likes to do best to represent them... :)

Very odd ... between summer break & summer heat/humidity ... it'll be a long summer I bet.

tomorrow morning the doctor is throwing me to the vamps & draining out my blood...

I don't know about my drivers ... I'm not really following it the past couple of weeks. I've been lucky to pick my drivers in time!
