the offical physical therapy stopped after I could stand & walk...
the next step was join a gym to work on getting my walking times up & get my legs (calves) back to the same size
so now it's working out in the pool to get my strength back...
it's wiping me out

How is the swelling thing doing?
Hopefully going down.
I know with my arthritis I get swelling at times if I over do it or even twist a join quickly.

this is a muscle that is knotted up over the new tendon...
it was huge the first day but didn't hurt...
now it's half the orginal size & freaking hurts bad...
pain in the butt all the way round
