Well, this will be long too...four years is tough to encapsulate in a post, but I'll try. I left Lit in the summer of 2018. I think around early August (I was just cleaning out all these old PMs, and the last seemed around August 2018). There were a lot of reasons, but the biggest one was that we were headed off to England for a year (I had a temporary position there). We lived about an hour outside of London (by train, and a 15 min walk from the station). Same house we lived in seven years before as a matter of fact! Old Victorian era terraced. (and the plumbing sucked!). Highlights of that year include: Canterbury, Dover, York, Edinburgh, Inverness, Skye, Liverpool, Bath, Oxford, Cambridge, and of course, many trips into London. It was a great year and we had a good time. We returned in the early summer and I did a little sailing, not as much as usual. We made it out to San Francisco for another brief vacation.

Fall of 2019 was busy as hell. I was traveling for a work a lot and then had a couple of places trying to recruit me away . I ended up, after negotiation, deciding to stay. Meanwhile, within the organization a shitty leadership role came open. It was down to my friend Jay and I, and I won the election! Jay had to do it!!!! (seriously, one friend likens this position to a urinal...people come by and piss all over you all day!). However, Jay was running a different group and couldn't do both, so I agreed to take over that group and run it. Still am. I loose sleep over it, but it's OK. So around February of 2020, I starting taking over the new director position (while Jay took over the executive position) and we all know what happened next. Not only did I have to learn a new job, but I had to figure out how to manage it through Covid. Summer of 2020 was pretty laid back though. Everything was closed. Not much to manage (although I was working hard on the re-opening plan). But I also threw myself into work and that was a good thing, I've had a few really productive years here.

2020 finished OK, nothing major going on. In the spring of 2021, we bought a brand new RV which we have started using pretty regularly, weekend trips some longer stuff. It's been great fun .
I sailed a fair amount in the summer of 2021 (sailing was even put on hold in 2020...I mean...FFS....but...). In fall of 2021 things began to open up a little and that was pretty good. I got a little travel in and some fun parties! (one in particular...).

2022 has been a good year. Made it to Italy and England in the spring, great trip! Best part was seeing old friends and having wine in Tuscany. Not too crowded. Summer was good. I sailed and placed 2nd in the club. Training a new crew in 2021 and 2022 we are coming together. Looking forward to next season. And then this fall has been crazy, a lot of travel!!! I swear, I should have said no, but I was just so excited to be back in person....and so....off I go again tomorrow.

I guess I left because mostly because I wasn't going to be in places/situations where I could easily log in with privacy for a year. I have deep affection for many people I've met here, and kept in contact with some. I did go around to some other on line places (Reddit) but it wasn't "fun" like here. And I found, over the last few months in particular that I was missing it and missing the people. So...here I am. At least for a bit.

Current estimates are that there are about 2 trillion galaxies in existence that we know of. On average, each galaxy contains about 300 billion stars in them. That means there are approximately a fuckload of stars. Each star has a few planets orbiting them. So the number of planets is about 5-10 fuckloads. That's a LOT of planets.

Out of all those planets, is Earth the ONLY planet with intelligent life on it? My guess is we are NOT alone.

Recent video evidence from Navy military aircraft seems to show intelligently controlled aerial phenomena that have been captured on film.

The reason I do not definitively say aliens are driving the "things" in the sky is that they usually (UFO clips) show them with lights illuminated. They traveled a gozillion miles in the blackness of space, wander into Earth's atmosphere where we are lit up like a Christmas tree...yet they need headlights? Doesn't seem credible.

But the Navy film doesn't show headlights...sooo...I'll go with I DO believe intelligent life does exist away from Earth.

I love to bake ... so the best thing I will say I make is either bread ... or a dessert. I've done flan and cheesecake and baklava and other baked goods...but I suppose a simple item, like lemon squares perhaps.

But ...bread ... I love making bread ... I'm not sure if I'm better at that than making desserts though.

I figure, according To Lit TOS, I can't exactly name the porn sites I go to. But, I can get close. I like the one that begins with X and ends with XX in it's name. Others I like for the same reasons, one starts with the word You in the name, another has the word hamster in the name (lol). And I like these for three reasons mostly. Has a good search engine with a wide variety of content. Also, downloadable so I can make an offline collection if I wanna. And finally and most importantly, do not try to slip me a virus.
