.......that bitcoin purports itself a 'currency' uncoupled from a fiat currency, yet requires said fiat currency in order to be purchased.

I suppose you could mine bitcoin, but then you'd be establishing an exchange rate by paying for the electricity and other costs associated with mining......with a fiat currency.

Letting all know that I finally pulled the trigger on a 5600X.

Yes, I know, it's not a 5950X and I opted to not wait for the 3D chip.........but shit's crazy expensive in deutchland and those would require a second mortgage.

Envy me...........a little.

MoFos at Microcenter dropped the 5800x price to the 5600X's level for in-store only.

That happened to me once. The fix was to reboot the oven via the control panel.
