What about something like this? An elderly man is living in a retirement home/community and the only person who visits him anymore is his grandson. One day a mysterious man comes to his door. He tells him that he can grant him the opportunity to be with a young woman one last time. He doesn't believe the stranger, but goes along with him. Later, a beautiful, young woman shows up at the man's door. Perhaps she looks like a celebrity he fancies or his wife when she was much younger. He invites her in and she explains that she is actually his grandson and doesn't know what is going on or what to do. He remembers the pill and note the man gave him. He reads it and it says that in order for him to change back he must give himself to his grandfather. The pill is for his grandfather to make the most of the experience. He would be forced to experience making love as a woman. Being a guy he may be more likely to want to experiment with what feels good, but his sexual desires are that of a woman so he/she enjoys the experience as a woman would.

A story-concept I've played with but never quite found a way to write:
A family (Dad, Mom, adult kids of both sexes) are away from home, among people who won't know them. They decide to trade genders as a joke or on a dare, a 'see what it's like to be the other', for a month or some such time. The guys have to be in drag 24/7, makeup and everything, the ladies in men's clothes, short hair, they actually create other identities and go among people who don't know the truth about them.
Dad becomes mother, Mom the father, brothers and sisters have each other's roles 24/7. The story would arrange in some way in which 'Dad' goes to work, ''Mom' is a housewife, etc.
The first story would be about the humor and amusements and embarrassments of it all, the second might get more hot as they realize it's really getting to them.

I wonder... is the transformation temporary or is it permanent? If it is permanent the story could perhaps have a couple of parts showing how the main character is adjusting to her new role over time.
I would love to see the permantent part of this and her adjusting to it. Either as a young lady or even adjust to a older lady

Oddly enough I finally wrote a similar story, it's posted. Just click my name and go to my home page you want Changes. It is really long with lots of sex and somewhat deals with the idea as presented. Course in mine he is turned into a real woman but well same idea.

Dominate is a verb form, dominant is the adjective form.

Thanks, LR--fun story to read...the premise of getting caught in the middle of doing something playful and naughty always elevates sexual tension. If we didn't get caught once in a while, what would be the fun--or the point?
Sometimes I wonder what married life would be like if genders were reversed for a day. No way to know of course, although Gender Blender reminds us that even in real life we can always play.
