Iraqi militants are treated under the Geneva Convention as Prisoners of War and Guantanamo is not holding any Iraqi terrorists.

This issue is finally getting thorough coverage by the media as the results and implications of closing the facility are finally being realized and not just anti Bush Propaganda.

It will, once again, be interesting to note as the Democrats gut the military, eviscerate the intelligence agencies and weaken defenses and surveillance world wide.

'Tis a dim future for the security of America and Americans now at risk in foreign countries.

I must admit, Sweets, that my trust in the American people to make wise decisions at the polls was somewhat shaken by the results.

It is not of great concern, however, as this current experiment in communal government will fail as all others have.
