Fuck Lewis Black. I love costume parties! I don't think I'm going to get to go to one this year, but I might swing doing something.

Afraid it really isn't that much of a celebration here.........I have to say I am a little thankful for that

I used to really enjoy Halloween. Not in the favorite kind of holiday sort of way, I just liked having an excuse to hangout with friends and drink heavily. The parties I went to in the Minneapolis / St. Paul area were fucking awesome! Usually by 9 pm there was someone topless, and by 10 pm there was someone naked in the hot tub.

Every body shape imaginable, most of them willing to do whatever with whomever because it's fucking Halloween!

I think the best costume I ever had I was dressed up like the devil; black suit, blood red tie, good looking costume horns that I attacked to my head with costume adhesive, contacts...it was surprisingly effective!

OOoh!!! I love Halloween.
It's a no stress holiday for everyone in my house. Kids dress up and get candy, no relatives nagging you to do things. And it's a great excuse to have a party!

Plus.. I like to dress up.

Unfortunately, I don’t get to go to the parties as much and we don’t get that many kids, so the holiday is just like any other day. I do remember the days of dressing up, Halloween parties, oh what fun. It’s also the turning point on the weather around here, its usually right about then that it gets a little chilly up here.
