And another small point is that, although this thread is now filled with the most fantastic examples group dynamics in action, none of it is data I can actually use because I've provoked it all myself.
If any of what I've said was news to any of you then please take the information on board.
Most of you, I guess, would be aware of it all anyway.

Here's one to make you smile: Social Scientists don't troll they make "invasive comments". More BS of course.
My LIC posts weren't actually a Troll, just a really unpopular POV added to the mix. They were all just ordinary posts - me chatting away as I saw fit. It just turned out that my POV was not Lit. material.
There has been Trolling here obviously by Soc & Psych people - usually really crude & not at all hard to spot. Probably the more the net is studied the more of it there will be.
Most of my looking at Lit. & its posters was done long before I ever logged on here at all.
And tell me about the self importance of Sociologists! I think it's because you get to put labels on the rest of the world it gives you God-like fantasies. Not a healthy line of work!
The whole Alt thing passed me by, being so interested in the hijack, so that's probably a good place to pick up here again.

I did like Tail-Teller's story too BTW & PM'd T-T to say as much. What I liked was the crude aspect of it. I've got room for both good and not so good writing when it comes to erotica. I'm only really looking for it's effect on me pretty much. Shallow I know, but a wank's a wank. I like watersports & thought that aspect of it was OK. (IMVHO)

As for my credibility - what credibility? All I am is one POV here. Often bored & looking for some fun. My research job is part-time & from home on a borrowed PC. My credentials to be here are just that I like fucking, sucking & wanking and sometimes play around the fringes of BDSM.

So to put T-T's thread back together again -
Not a bad fic IMHO, & Is he/she an Alt? & what is the significance of that if so? There must be a reason why people use Alts. Yes?
