If you define "multiple" as including 2 then yes. (On the flip side, I was once helped at planning how I was going to continue dating 4 women, only two of whom I'd currently been fucking. It didn't work: I got caught.)

Yes. And it was the right call, but acknowledging the mutual interest did make things awkward for quite awhile.
