I had the same thing happen to me, my pc kept saying that message too, turns out i had that bastard Natchi worm

Here, i thought i had responded to you earlier...durn technology...

Anyway, Mary, dear...i hope you got the bugger blasted...i'll gather up the places that i have gone for some freebies to help with all this...turns out i have another hitch in my giddy-up... something is in my system making it go as slow as molasses...all my fault, i'm sure...good luck with yours, sweetie, if you haven't banished it yet...

Sleep would be nice...but i am back into an insomniac phase...just as well...i need to fix this thing...something else has gotten into my PC...i tried to reply to this post earlier...it took almost 10 minutes for the page to almost load then my system crashed...

You don't want to delete it, and it will almost always be running.

You may have the "Sasser" worm that is wriggling around the internet D couldn't resist).

See http://www.microsoft.com/security/incident/sasser.asp for some help; basically you need to update your windows program.

It is Sasser..over 500 times worth of the damn thing...i updated my AVG today...freebie, BTW...DLed the windows updates that i didn't already...and am now running the AVG...second time today...last time i ran it it got close to the end and stupid me tried to come back on-line...i crashed my whole system doing that...
