Those are both on my wish list. I have a list of maybe six or seven guns I want and that will be enough. After that anything I buy will be purely for the fun of it.

Got to shoot another one on my list the other day, the Winchester Gunsite Scout (.308) and I fucking loved it, too. And shot a one-inch group at fifty meters with no scope as soon as picked it up. That rifle, says I to its owner, loves me better than you.

I am trying and I will protect my family above and beyond locks, a protective dog and precaution.

That being said if someone breaks in to my home again I want to stop him. Hollowpoints seem to be the wisest.
 
So you bought the PPK .380? Nice gun. I've liked the .380 for a carry weapon, but there are also some nice compact 9's and .45 acp's out there.

I am actually looking at buying two Walther PPQ's (9MM).

One for me and one for my girlfriend.

I may get Lass a PPC. She wants to carry.

I did. I love the thing. Had I been buying anything I wanted new, I probably would have gone for the LC9, but this was opportune and cheap. IIRC the PPQ is the same design? That's a stopper, that.

I just use higher magnification scopes.:cool:

Dude. You and I have never been best buds but I'd hate to see you piss someone off and get your liver busted. LIT needs you. a .380 cc? Really? Dude srsly upgrade to at least a 9mm you can double tap or a good .40.

The .380 is the same caliber as the 9MM. Just uses a shorter cartridge so there a little less stopping power but you have to hit your target either way.

The LC9 is a fine gun. A lot cheaper than the Walther PP series. The walther is a little quicker and smoother they say. The LC9 is akin to the Walther PPS Compact. 10 + 1 guns.
 
For the record, .380, 9mm and .38 can use the same bullet. Plus some light .357 loads can too.

Ahhh, my son now yer talkin'. LC9 is what I plan to get for Vino. Fine little shooter. Especially with the CT trigger laser.

It's a PPK. What gun owner slash movie buff doesn't want a PPK?

If you can't hit your target, a couple hundred FPS isn't going to make a big difference.


That being said? Yeah. We all should have a SW Performance Center .44 too.
