I didn't realize wild game was so healthy. That is fantastic. Maybe we should all look at our diet that way. and maybe the ranchers should look at the domesticated animals and how they are fed and raised. It seems to me a lot of health problems could be remedied by looking at our regular food source.

I thought the pic for your new AV was nice. She doesn't look as much like you as your current one does, and the new one doesn't show the eyes as dhere pointed out. That's my opinion but you have the choice, whatever makes you happy is what's important. You could switch back and forth, some people here change AV's regularly. Personally I'd like to see your Av of you at the helm of my boat!

I saw a while back where you like to see who you are chatting with. Well, darn it... the pic I tried to attach is too big. The only other pic I have is a webcam shot that I put on anothr thread. I can't re-attach it here. I'll get something for you later.

This is true Berk. Ask any cardiologist. He will tell you to stay away from the more expensive cuts of beef such as London broil and siroin and go with round steak or roast. (About half of the cholesterol of London broil and less than sirloin) I have a friend who raises emu for a food product. It is quite similar to beef but about 1/4 of the cholesterol of any cut on a cow.

Most wild game is healthier for you except duck and bear. They both have a lot of grease that clogs the arteries.

More thoughts on your choice of new AV. The more I look at it, it's very interesting... one thing that keeps popping in my head is backgroung music... a piece written for the first Star Trek pilot "The Cage". It was an exotic piece with a lot of mid and far eastern nuances, of course they were trying to be futuristic with it also. It was used as a dance piece where Captain Pike (Kirk didn't come in until the second pilot) was being tempted by an Orion Slave Girl's sultry dance. "They say no human male can resist them" The piece was used several more times during the three-year run of the original series.

Well I'm glad you liked the new pic for the av but I think I will stay with this one for now. I will be keeping a look out for a new one or if I great brave I will try to do something myself.

Sure have Canadian. Every autumn I go out and try to find a couple.(The limit here) I was talking to a friend of mine a while back. If we can ever get the time away at the same time we were discussing coming up your way to try for some moose, elk and caribou. He hunts for sport. I hunt to fill my freezers.
