I need to see if I can find a picture this beautiful nightbreed carving I did on one of my ex's back. It was a beautiful scar piece.

Both were done with scalpels... the pyramid was entirely freehand, and was the first deliberate cutting I ever did on someone else.

The circles were done around the rim of a shot glass... Sterilized of course! cut one circle, lifted the glass, placed and cut the 2nd, lifted the glass, placed it and cut the third. It was indeed yummy!

Nice. You have a very steady hand. My first attempt did not look that even!
