I feel that when I get PM'S (and I get alot daily), I like to check out their profiles. If there are no photos (doesn't have to be naked photo or body parts of them) AND their profile is not fully written, they lost my attention. A profile that is completed with person's personality means they put time and effort in doing it and are serious about chatting /meeting people on Lit.
I could be wrong but as a woman, a nice well versed profile witj photos shows they are genuine.

This is true for me too. If they have a lack of these things, unless what they said really stands out, I move onto the person that did do these things.

Not many again... Eight in the last 24 hours. Most were unsolicited but one or two replies. I'm just not that popular. Oh well. The ones I got were great though. I got two very, very sweet ones from two of my favorite ladies here. But still, not very popular as usual.

This is why I filled out my profile the way I did. I don't want to post a picture of myself for the time being (though I'd send it in PMs to people I trust I suppose) so I just decided to put more than the average on my profile. I've gotten a few compliments on it but I don't get many PMs so maybe the lack of pictures has something to do with it. I do have one of Jim Morrison though so... I guess there's that.
